The
City of Columbus is one of the fastest growing
cities in the US. Recently acquiring an NHL
expansion team, the Blue
Jackets, the city is showing signs of a city on
the move. Further expansion of Easton Shopping Center
and housing expansion all around the city is more
evidence of the future here. The city is
also home to the Columbus
Crew, an MLS team, the
Columbus Symphony Orchestra, and the Columbus
Clippers. With one of the lowest cost of livings,
friendly outgoing people, and excellent entertainment,
Columbus presents itself as one of the most ideal
cities to live in.

The
Ohio State University presents a unique mix
of individuals ranging from Columbus natives to people
from more than 85 nations around the world. Its
welcoming feel and friendly atmosphere is a positive
feature for anyone who might be new to the
university. From already providing a quality
education, the university has taken on initiatives to
enhance its quality of education. That can be seen in
the faculty coming in to the new facilities being
built on campus from the recently built 7 building Max
Fisher Business college to the new Physics building, Mechanical Engineering
building and Austin E. Knowlton School of Architecture building. With 10,000 graduate and
professional students and roughly 40,000
undergraduate students, the OSU Columbus campus is
one of the largest campuses in the country.
