A final, oral defense of the Master's Thesis, is required of all candidates. The student's academic advisor selects one (other) faculty member to serve on the Examination Committee. Each Committee member shall be given a copy of the thesis no later than one week prior to the defense date. Upon completion of the oral defense portion of the examination, the Committee will determine whether the work is satisfactory or not.
