For each family, the narrative form files were generated from Ancestral Quest software. The GEDCOM files are ZIPPED and will have to be UNZIPPED to use. If your software needs a different version, contact me and I will send via attached E-mail. The family descendant charts are in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to view or print PDF files, you must have the appropriate software installed on your computer. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is a freeware program available for this purpose. Finally, some of the material can be generated in other formats. If these would be easier for you, contact me and I will send via attached E-mail. This current revision has been drastically trimmed. The file is a descendant history of the Patch family. In the previous file, there were many entries that went back many generations on the side of those who married into the Patch line. We have retained up to the grand parents of those in the direct Patch line, unless there were cousin-marriages earlier. Recognizing that some would like the full database of information, especially those interested in pedigree representations that have all lines, there is one additional zipped GEDCOM file (Full Patch Family) available. This file contains the entire file as of November of 2002. However, it is no longer being maintained as far as additions, corrections, images etc. Contact me if interested and we can make arrangements for a copy to be e-mailed to you. The Quinton Patch line eventually merges with that of William.
Harriet Patch married Edward Patch and joined the two lines. Two files
(Clara Patch and Charles Patch) are islands and are not linked, so far,
with the William Patch line.
